  I bring over 25 years of cross-functional experience in education, career counselling, curriculum development, software training, and educator enablement. As Co-Founder of Avanza, I lead initiatives focused on building structured, ethical, and future-ready career guidance ecosystems for students, parents, schools, and institutions. My core areas of work include: • Career counselling for students (Grades 8–12 & beyond) • Psychometric assessments & informed decision-making frameworks • Parent orientation & alignment programs • Career counsellor training & capacity building • Soft skills and career readiness interventions My professional journey spans schools, national training organisations, military education institutions, and academic publishing, giving me a 360-degree understanding of education, employability, and learner development. Currently, I serve as Zonal Coordinator with APCCI and a volunteer with Force GW contributing to the advancement of professional standards, collaboration, and best practices within India’s career counselling ecosystem.
